The document will serve as a written foundation of our project and give us a general direction to refer to during the process of designing your website.

Please take your time filling out this questionnaire. The idea is for me to get a direction on who you and your brand are so that we can translate that into a visual story.

Think about the answers thoroughly and objectively, and answer as many of the questions as possible. Please note that the required questions are really important in building a foundation for your website.
